Karla Lulić is a producer, screenwriter, and director with a Master’s degree in Film and TV Production from Sorbonne University in Paris. She is the founder of Dobar film, a production company dedicated to creating quality films that gently flirt with genre.
Her award-winning previous works — In the Name of Strawberry, Chocolate and the Holy Spirit, FOLLOWING… and Split Ends have been screened at 50+ international film festivals worldwide.

Karla is currently developing her debut feature film Mirror of Nightingales, supported by Creative Europe – MEDIA sub-programme for Co-development, the Croatian Audiovisual Centre, and the City of Koprivnica.

For the development of her TV series Dear Insects and Other Creepy Stories, she received the IEFTA Award for Emerging Talent at the prestigious TorinoFilmLab/SeriesLab.

Her TV series for young audience Chasing the Clouds is part of the official selection of the TV Beats Co-Production Forum at the Black Nights Film Festival in Tallinn, competing as one of eight selected European projects for the Eurimages Co-production Development Award, one of the most prestigious industry recognitions.

Karla is also working on the remake of the the first Yugoslav horror film. Cult classic film Leptirica (1973) by Đorđe Kadijević.

Jelena Mađarić is a producer. She completed her undergraduate studies in Public Relations and Master’s degree in Communication in Zagreb.

She is currently producing the feature film Mirror of Nightingales, supported by Creative Europe – MEDIA sub-programme for Co-development, the Croatian Audiovisual Centre, and the City of Koprivnica.
